Shipping policy

Currently only shipping to U.S., Mexico, Brazil, Canada, Australia, and the U.K.

CARRIER OPTIONS Shipping options will vary between USPS, and UPS. International packages will be shipped via DHL only.  You will be provided with your tracking number as soon as your order is processed.  In stock orders typically process within 2-5 business days. They then take 2-3 days for delivery in the US. Shipping delays may happen. Please reach out to us if something unusual is showing with your tracking information. 

LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT STACKEDHair assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or destruction of items after delivery is made to the carrier.  Shipments will be insured only at the request of and at the expense of the Customer.  Please contact us at info@STACKEDHair.com prior to purchase to arrange insurance to protect your shipment.

RUSH SHIPPING If you require rush shipping, please contact us directly via e-mail at info@STACKEDHair.com to arrange this service separately; additional charges are at the responsibility of the buyer. 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES  Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country/region. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country/region. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; STACKEDHair has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Delays caused by customs are not included in the shipping time frame.
